I paid for the VPN only to find out it doesn't work with my older MAC, I need a refund but can't open the VPN to ask for the refund! 30 money back guarantee but you have to be able to open the program! This is stupid! You need an easier way to get the refund from the 30 money back guarantee!
Please help.

You can post a support ticket on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-vpn with the Mozilla Account you have subscribed to Mozilla VPN.
Btw the minimum macOS version you need is 13.0 and later as it also mentions "Version 13.0 and up" on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/vpn/download/
