Hi,
Firefox shouldn't block any form fields. What exactly happens in your case? What do you mean by "blocking access"?
Also, please share the URLs of the webpages where you experience the issue
The website was a payment portal for local trash collection service Rumpke. They blocked my access(too many invalid security question tries - even though I was keying the correct characters) so I cannot show the actual website that has the security questions but the root page is accessed here:
https://secure8.i-doxs.net/BDX/default.aspx?BillerID=9oQiieNtU5
But on this screen while waiting to access the Password field it is adding asterisks and when I open the "eyes" to show characters it just says "scanning...:"
This behavior is similar to the security questions method and the field is auto adding characters and prohibiting correct entry,
I can enter credentials in that login form just fine, isn't it possible that some of your add-ons interfere with what you're entering?
What security software do you have as some can scramble input fields?
None other than what could be a setting for Mozilla Firefox or possibly since this is a work computer perhaps something managed by my company I work for. I posted this question in hopes someone might know what setting to specifically look for if it fact is a browser based setting? Besides that I can address the issue with my workplace if it is perceived a setting managed by them. Update: Actually I am finding something called "Zero Phishing" I see a bubble by holding cursor over an input field on another website. Perhaps it is this product or Add On extension called as such?
