Hello all, I have the same exact problem described in post https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1463436, dated 9 December 2024. Until ten days ago (more or less) all was working correctly. At the beginning I thought there was a problem with Intesa because Intesa had problems in all the country in that period, but I have now tried CHROME and found that is working correctly. My system uses Firefox 139.0.1, W10-32 and Iliad FTTH. I have already cleaned cache and data from settings but the problem remains. Any thought? Thanks very much for any help. Mario.

Chosen solution

It seems I have found the solution, for now at least :-). It relies on putting www in front of the domain name. With www things work well, without www no way to get the access box for user and password. There are some info on Google about that difference, but in the end it seems a site problem to have both working the same way. Mario, anyway thanks for reading.
