ciao...da "impostazioni" --> "azioni account" --> "elimina account"

Probabilmente allora è perso. Per scrupolo, controlla se c'è ancora la cartella del profilo e se la trovi fanne subito una copia. https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/profili-thunderbird#w_individuare-la-cartella-del-profilo
