Ctrl opens firefox.

Every time I press the left CTRL button, a new window opens in firefox (If i'm not clicked on it), or it just makes the tab i'm currently in a new tab if I'm selected on one in ff. I can't copy anything, I cant ctrl+f, can't do anything since it just opens firefox. It started just now, today, and I'm not sure how to fix it--

Did you try to reboot the computer ?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
