firefox is not releasing chat when I exit. When I try to log back in it says I'm already in a chat

firefox is not releasing a chat when I close the window. When I try to log back into the chat it says I am already in a chat.

Did you sign out, or just leave the website?

You can clear the cookies of that website to make the website forget about you.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Data

It automatically signs me out when I exit

I've cleared all cookies, signed out, uninstalled Macromedia plug in and reinstalled it, uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and It still gives me the same message
