I can’t open Firefox.

When I click on “open” it goes to the Firefox page where it asks me to click on “open”, when I click on open it takes me back to the Firefox page I was previously on which I had just clicked on! Just goes back and forth. What do I do now???

When you start Firefox, it should load your homepage. What is the address of the 'open' page?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
