I have recently added Spotify music app to my options. When this loads it seems to block Firefox loading. Is this a common problem? How can I solve this please?

You would need to largely expand on the issue with more information giving us the error message or the event issue, or what is just not working about it rather than you have a conflict. What conflict... How does it effect or not take effect...soooo much more info is needed please along with information that did not come with you such as list plug-ins/Extensions you are running, provide AV maker and Firewall maker.

Not enough information to proceed.

But given that there is : https://community.spotify.com/ where you can get answers and help.

You can check this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/html5-audio-and-video-firefox and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-common-audio-and-video-issues

Please note that Microsoft on Windows 10 can and will change your drivers to theirs. https://www.howtogeek.com/263851/how-to-prevent-windows-from-automatically-updating-specific-drivers/

Check Device Manager to check all hardware to see what drivers you are using, under the hardware then drivers. If you have this issue find the maker of your motherboard to figure out if need to get from the site or from who made your stuff ( I make my cpu's , no company ) to get updated drivers.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
