I have the lates flash player installed but it keeps telling me to install the latest version. I cannot play games or videos.

I cannot play any pogo games or gsn because I get the message that I have to download the latest version of flash player. I already have it installed. I tried installing again but I get the message that it's already installed. I can't watch videos either. Anyone have a solution? Thank you, ursa

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
