Ive noticed a few things this last week..

1. first, FF Nightly (the 64bit version) has updated itself to the same version number every day for the last week.. 2. Video play using FF is terrible. 3. nightly looses my privacy settings.. 4. Some websites say the browser has cookies turned off when they are turned on. 5. Can't even access some websites due to their spam content, I.e. They trying to force me to watch an advert, befor moving on to the item I clicked on. 6. Some pages only load partially. 7. Facebook and farmville loading dead slow. I could send the info faster with morse code and a straight key.

any ideas?

It may have the same version number however it is not the same build each time (the build date in useragent used to change each time before being frozed). The Nightly and Aurora development channels gets checkins almost every day so the get a update each of those days. This can result in regressions or issues sometimes until the fault checkin(s) is fixed or removed. However since you have the Win64 they are not supported with the same priority in fixing as the supported Win32, Mac OSX 32/64 bit and Linux 32/64 bit builds are. The Win64 Nightly are built more for to catch breakage/regressions since it is possible to break Win64 without affecting the Win32 builds.

With Firefox 32.0 now released the versions should move merge to next channel so 35.0a1 should start in development on Nightly and the 34.0 should be on Aurora channel as 34.0a2. Though the updates on Aurora channel is likely disabled as usual until Friday at earliest.

If You want to be a Tester the perhaps follow the Builds threads in http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=23

The cookie issue in Firefox 34 is likely related to enabling network.http.spdy.enabled.http2draft on the Nightly channel.

The workaround for this issue is to toggle this pref to false on the about:config page:

  • network.http.spdy.enabled.http2draft = false

Cor-el, while that may be true, I have NO idea what it means to an average computer user.

And yes, it probably has something to do with not being able to get on google, which I cannot do either..

seems nightly has had several issues lately and these 2 are just small ones.

This is about Firefox Nightly builds adding support for new security features. A lot of web servers haven't implemented these yet and thus aren't working properly. That is the risk that you run with using alpha development builds as those versions are meant for testers to check for issues with such new features. You should stay with the current release version (Fx 32 has been released) if you aren't experienced enough to handle possible issues.
