After zooming in, I reset zoom, but the scroll bars on the side and bottom still show up even after resetting, and it didn't used to; how do I reset zoom correctly?

After zooming in, I reset zoom, but the scroll bars on the side and bottom still show up even after resetting. It didn't used to show the bottom scroll bar and when I zoom out, it's all distorted. Resetting zoom didn't work and the bottom scroll bar won't go away unless zooming it out and making it look funny.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
