How can I set Firefox to auto refresh a tab ( it is a forum web page and it is not auto refreshing)

How can I set Firefox to auto refresh a tab? Is it possible? It is a forum web page that is not auto refreshing by itself so auto refreshing would be nice since every few seconds someone posts something new.
