How do I get rid of the Trojan Virus Detected??

First, Go to task manager and end task for the WHOLE browser. Then, it is most likely the site has managed to get access to your notification controls, so here is how to disable it : go to menu > settings > Privacy and security > Permissions > Notifications, then click the settings icon next to it, and then look at the website names. if any unfamiliar websites appear, remove the website or block the website (from sending notifications) and make sure to save it.

If you don't really care about notification popups that much for other websites, it would be wise to disable it by checking the box that says Block new requests asking to allow notifications and click save changes.
