Cant send emails in thunderbird 152.0.1 in win 11
First my email providers web site works perfectly. I called them and double checked the proper settings. I can download my emails no problem. I disabled my antivirus program, and I have tried all the suggested settings and still no send. I installed Betterbird used the same settings Spectrum said to use for thunderbird and it sends and receives no problem so what's wrong with my Thunderbird?

Betterbird is a fine client, and one of their strengths is 100% compatibility with Thunderbird. So, there may be some missing info here. Betterbird is at 140, and you're using 152. Did you install to both clients from scratch? Or did you install on one and copy the profile to the other? If you installed to Betterbird and it was performing as desired, why then install to Thunderbird? Can you produce screenshots of server settings and SMTP server settings for both? And also the error message? I am NOT the super guru to dig deeply into code; my intent here is to help flesh out the details. Any account that works in Betterbird will work in Thunderbird. Thank you.
