Window 10 desktop. Is it possible to install Firefox on a computer without using another browser? Not a fan of MS IE, Edge, etc., especially on a special purpose control computer.

There was a way, a long time ago. But that no longer exists.

Use whatever web browser you have available. Download the full installer from; Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}

You could download it on another computer and then transfer over with say a usb flash drive.

Mozilla has not supported the ftp:// protocol (ftp://ftp.mozilla.org) for their downloads since August 5th, 2015 so that is not an option anymore as one could do it with a FTP client or even command line FTP as an option before.
