in menu dropdown, I no longer have the word OPTION to use

All of a sudden, I cannot find the word OPTIONS in the Firefox menu list after clicking the 3 little lines. How do I get it back or did it change?

Option on Windows and Preferences on Linux and Mac have been renamed and it is now called Settings on all supported platforms including mobile.

I don't know where that is on Windows but you can probably find it from this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-options-preferences-and-settings

It may still be in the Tools menu on the menu bar (alt will show that set of menus).
