Thank you for the reply, please try the following:

1. Right click on your desktop > Click NVIDIA Control Panel 2. Under 3D Settings > Click on Manage 3D Settings > Click on Program Settings tab 3. Click on the Add button > Click on Browse (if you see Firefox in the program list, select it and skip to Step 5) 4. Find your firefox.exe program in Firefox's installation directory (if you're using Windows, details can be found here ) > Select it 5. Click on dropdown of preferred graphics processor > Select 'High-performance NVIDIA processor' 6. Click Apply and close the menu 7. Restart your computer
