This tablet was held by someone else how do I customize it for me
I bought this tablet from wall mart in calhoun, ga and it had been used previously by someone else. I can t set up my toolbar it seems because the previous owner has already used this feature. Please tell me how to set up my bookmarks to pay bills each month.

If you bought something brand new and it has already been used by someone else, return it.
Once you get an actually new product, than please install Firefox on it and you can set it up as you want! Install Firefox on an Android device using Google Play
I bought this tablet second hand does that stop me from setting up my own bookmarks as it is already registered to someone else

Ah I see. In that case, reset the tablet so it's like new. The instructions at http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-Android-Phone are for phones but should work for tablets
