Mozilla does not operate email servers, as it's a desktop email client that connects to your own email provider. So, there is no Thunderbird server maintenance that would be affecting your ability to receive mail.
You need to check your security software if blocks Thunderbird
or maybe
Your account configuration or maybe authentication issues
