why after updating, am i having trouble streaming video and any kind of flash programs? how do i un-update?
everytime i watch video it is skipping repeatedly and it helps when i hold down esc but that obviously is no fix. and most anything that has to do with flash says its crashed.

1) You should update to Firefox 7.01.
2) What version of flash player do you have installed? http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
3) Please provide a crash id for the crashes -> https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report
can u please send me a link to have the latest firefox update. ive looked but i really dont know alot about what im doing. i looked n i saw something called firefox 8.o beta 3. is that better than 7.01. please just link me the best one. also my flash is adobe and it says its updated.
ok wait sorry. i did update to 7.1 but my video is still lagging..
