help report scam bot accounts
is there any way to contact someone from actual support about reporting/taking down an obvious spam bot account? i have an old post in the connect forum that i can no longer access (my email has changed and it didn't connect to my account for some reason). this bot account is responding to the post with spam messages: user byt434t. looking at their other responses shows nothing but similar spam messages.
i have already reported the messages to moderators but that might be myself (who can no longer control that specific account regardless).
much appreciation for anyone who can rectify this issue.
attached is one of the messages responding to my own (old) user profile that i cannot access.

Hello
That's true.
On https://connect.mozilla.org, there are a lot of spammers they send unsolicited and often unrelated messages. They are disturbing the discussions, what is regrettable.

The fact that Connect allows users to post links as they please means that there is a glut of seemingly AI-generated spam messages.

In a ways some good news is Mozilla is looking to migrate Connect to here and this could also be bad news in a ways.

The problem is the Mozilla staff has been trying to make the Questions section more multi-purpose for not just the product support it has been used for almost two decades. Now since early April it is being used also for zendesk and agents who deal with subscription based products and Mozilla Accounts and such stuff. Though an Admin claims the UI downgrade we have been suffering through with since April had nothing to do with them even though there is various evidence otherwise. Some UI things have thankfully been brought back though it was much before before April for both contributors and mods in usefulness and efficiencey. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors/717591
My worry is that the Connect integration is going to lead to more UI downgrades under the guise of a cleaner simpler look as they say. Potential for more frustrations yet again oh what fun.
