Bitwarden addon is not working.

Salut, pour le désinstaller il faut que tu clique sur le bouton extension ensuite tu clique sur le petit engrenage, et tu fait supprimer l'extension.

thats what I have been doing all these years. Its not working

What happens when you try to remove the add-on following those instructions?

I was able to delete it after changing permissions now I cant install it.

You should not need to change any permissions to add or remove add-ons in Firefox.

It would help if you could share a screenshot of any message that appears when you try to install it.

In general, changing permissions is not required but with over 20 years experience in IT and security, I did whatever was best to remove the addon and it worked.

Please appreciate that you are using a version of Firefox that only gets security updates. You may need to consider updating your operating system to get a supported and secure operating system and a better version of Firefox.

I understand what you are saying but I prefer to use Win 7. I am going to upgrade my OS for the sake of Firefox. I am here for help, nothing else.

issue is with firefox, not addon. I was able to install on edge and chrome

The add-on code provided by Bitwarden is different for those other browsers.
