I have just updated window 10 and when I started Firefox the bookmarks was not shown. How do I get it to be shown?

Click the menu button in the top right corner -> Bookmarks -> Show bookmarks toolbar

I have don that and there is still no bookmarks toolbar showing.

There is a setting for the Bookmarks toolbar to only show it on New Tab. Maybe that's enabled?

No it is not. At least when I ask for a new tab it is not there.
