I just tried to sign in to sync my account after moving to a new computer at work. First attempt failed, and when I tried again (WITH THE CORRECT PW), I got the error: Attempt limit exceeded.

What gives? I need my info asap, please.

hi arcesofi, this is an ip-based block which should expire in a day or two. if you have the change to try from a different network or through a proxy service that might work too...
