I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, but youtube is missing all the control buttons on the bottom of a video, the "Next Video" and "Last video" buttons on the playlist, and facebook won't show emoticons in messages, and sometimes won't show the "Friends", Messages" and "Notifications" Icons at the top right of the screen. I'm running the latest version of Aurora.

I have tried all of the answers given under this forum: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1023556?esab=a&as=aaq

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.

Flash is notorious for not cleaning out the older version as part of an update. Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.

Remember that you are using a beta version, so there may be problems.

Fred it is a build on the Aurora channel 35.0a2 and the poster said so., not a Beta.

Is there a reason why you are Testing Aurora development channel builds? As they (along with Nightly) get checkins almost everyday so therefore they get a update each of those days. This means that sometimes there are regressions or issues that may need to be fixed or reverted next build.

Also unless you really use it, you might as well uninstall the Shockwave for Director or Shockwave player as it is not used very much in comparison to the Flash player.

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
