Why did Firefox delete my emails?

I return home after three weeks turn on my desktop computer on went to my ISP opened my email account and discovered 98% of my emails deleted. I also use Google Crome and opening my emails there found them all there. I did not delete my emails so what happened to them?

This is not a Firefox issue. FF is a browser that displays that the web sites tells it to. Contact your e-mail provider for help.

Check the deleted / junk folders.
