I am on the VistaPrint website and have an Ai support window open that I can't close because the entire window is not visible. I need the top of the window available to close it out and unfortunately the window blocks me from doing anything. I have backed out, logged back in and the window is still present. I contacted Vistaprint and they said it was a firefox issue and to try Chrome. I used Chrome and they are correct, I can access everything, went back to firefox and tried but the window is still present, if the window size could be reduced, I could access the top to close it. Please help.

Now when I do a Command N, a new browser window is opened, but I always get the same dozen or so tabs that open. This did not use to happen and I do not recall changing any settings.

I can close all those tabs, close the window, and when I open a new window again, that tabs are all back.

I noticed that my Tab background color doesn't change after recent Firefox updates.

I have this code (css - chrome) to change the color of the active tab to green and it no longer working.

so i installed the atarashii extension, but it didn't work for me, so i deleted it, then rebooted my pc to notice that it's running, and i can't unistall it, i disabled it but for some reason it still works

Hello, I wanted to ask about this new site permission.

I previously used the "set cookies" permission for specific sites to keep their data after closing Firefox (Dev Edition), but now we have this "keep site data when closing" permission, can I just rely on this new permission instead? I should probably test it, but I wanted to ask first :p

Was I using the "set cookies" permission incorrectly this whole time?!

I have used Firefox as primary browser on my Mac for many years — never Safari.

Until yesterday, I used Safari as the only browser on my iPhone.

I now see all my Safari bookmarks in the iPhone’s new Firefox browser, but not the important open Safari tabs.

How can I sync my iPhone Safari web page tabs to Firefox on both devices, and sync the Mac’s open Firefox web page tabs to iPhone Firefox?

When I open Firefox I get a large number of warnings. I have run three separate scans (Norton, Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D. I have then restarted my PC and these messages re-appear.

The essages state "Warning: Virus detected" "System Alert!" "Trojan Detected!

The messages try to lead me to watrixa.co.in to Scan & fix or remove the viruses. It will not let me close these warnings.

I have been a subscriber to Firefox for a number of years, while using a different proprietary VPN. I changed my VPN service to Mozilla VPN a few months ago paying a an additional fee for the service. I learned shortly after that Firefox had a built in VPN and sometimes it appears to me as if that's what I'm using. Question: Is "Firefox built-in VPN"the same program /service as "Mozilla VPN"? Should I in fact have paid an additional subscription fee? If so, I do not seem to have a record of the terms of this fee and how often it must be renewed. Could you please clarify this situation.

On two different Windows machines, current Firefox (153.0.1), the alt-d shortcut stops working: it does nothing until I restart Firefox. Then it works again for a while. I've tried about:keyboard and it's not reset there. I tried all combinations: Clear, Reset, setting it to alt-d explicitly. None of those worked. But when I set it to alt-a, that worked--but then resetting back to alt-d again didn't work. That shortcut is muscle memory at this point, so it's quite distressing. Not sure what diagnostics might be available to help here, happy to try anything.

Full disclosure: Both machines are Windows 10 but since that's stable, I find it hard to believe that's related.

When there is a field to fill in my credit card info, the info will appear and let me select the CC I want to use but when I move away from the field the CC info goes away.

i clicke on Facebook i clicked on any website or app and it keeps satying before it loads that firefox is running why is it doing this so now i can not use firefox
