I want to change the color of the non-selected tabs in the bar between the File/Edit/... bar and the bookmarks bar. Right now, they are the color of the background, and hard to pick out visually.

I don't really understand the reply. All I want to do is change the color of the unselected tabs, and nothing else. That can't be that hard. Isn't there some options menu somewhere that does this?
