Good evening, as into the objectI bought a mobile phone ZTE OPEN from an USA ebay user. The phone doesn't accept the italian sim from the operator Wind. The message returned writes "unknown sim status".is it possible to update the software to remove this functionallity? thanks a lot

There are two standards; European & American ZTE Opens. You may have the wrong standard.
