I want to change my own website. used to do with FF, 'connect'. can't find that any more

I use my own website for a student activity. Every year I have to adjust the content. Used fire fox for that. Exchanged files from my desk top to the website. tools - ' connect' . Than I selected the file that I wanted to change and uploaded it. today I installed FF on my new lap top but I can find this 'tool' again. please can you help me to perform this trick again? regards, Maarten van Rijn
