Single word search in firefox 4.0.1 takes to http://<word> instead of google.

In Firefox 4.0.1 on Ubuntu 11.0, when I type a single word like "word", instead of doing a Google search it opens http://word. How this can be corrected to do the Google search instead?

You can check the keyword.URL pref on the about:config page.
