Firefox crashes

I was out of town using free WiFi at a McDonald's. On Saturday Feb 25th at noon, I was able to log on using Firefox. When I returned on Sunday evening Feb 26th to the same place, I was unable to log on to Firefox...received the Mozilla Crash Report box. I am unable to log on to Firefox even in safe mode. Need to know how to fix this problem as soon as possible as I can only access my online schoolwork through Firefox.

Try to reinstall Firefox using the Programs and Features section of the control panel
