Firefox keeps crashing when I go to You Tube and watch a single video or videos on a playlist that I created. Other websites are not crashing, just You Tube. I'm using Firefox 3.6.3. I recently downloaded the latest version of Adobe Flashplayer as well.

To chris above:

In my case, I was having a hardware problem. My power source inside the computer was dying, and this was when I started having trouble watching you tube videos. Eventually it died altogether, and was replaced with a new one. After that, I had no problems watching you tube videos again.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. It's really strange that it could have been connected to your power source somehow. However, the problem I am having, and most people are having, is flash related. The only fix (which seems to be temporary) is to uninstall and reinstall adobe flash player. I've done that about 20 times in the past 6 months. However, flash player just released a new version which might ease this problem a bit, and Mozilla just released the new beta which should stop the browser from crashing and only close the affected window. Still not ideal fixes but should make life easier.

You tube stops working if i want to move (the start of) the video back. what i do ... i stop plugin-container.exe and reload. This is not funny o more. I am gonna download a new (older browser)
