How does "won't load" exhibit? Do you get any specific error message or screen after some time, or the connections never finish (if so, what does the status bar or networking tools say). If you restart into Troubleshoot Mode (via Help menu), does anything change? Do you see anything off in ''about:networking'' pointing at e.g. proxy or DNS settings? Have you tried more sites?
