I can't get into my Fidlity Investments account (after update?) I can pull up the login just can't get past username/PW

I could not get into my Fidelity Investments account today. (I signed up last week using same computer w/Firefox) I got to the login page but Fidelity gave me a "can't complete at this time, try again" notice. So I called them up and they suggested I use chrome. I don't want to use chrome. I tried reentering with the VPN off and on. No go.
