Firefox closed all my tabs and tab groups
The website wouldn't open for me, so I decided to restart Firefox, after which it closed all my tabs and tab groups. My settings are set to "keep tabs after closing the browser." This hasn't happened before.

Yeah.. that can be frustrating, but we are always trying to improve firefox! Please make sure that you have "Open previous windows and tabs" on on your firefox browser, to check if you have it on, just go to about:preferences and tick the first option.
