update 102.1.2 e mails coming in triplicate when they come in at all

The latest update has totally screwed up my ability to receive e mails: I am getting the same e mails duplicate, triplicate, every time I click to get messages, no new ones. I am getting an error message that my e mails are being processed. I am not getting my recent e mails only ones from this morning over and over and over HELP ME!

My emails go through Spamarrest before they go into my inbox. I have provided a screen shot of my settings and the error message. I NEED HELP!
