I am unable to print certain pages (example: the calendar/course schedule) in Brightspace (Learning Mgt System). It prints in Chrome. Why?
When I try to print the Course Schedule within an online course the pages are printing blank. If I log into the course using Chrome, I have no problems printing. Why could this be?

If you cannot see any content on pages you printed or in print preview, the cause might be margins which are set too high.
- In order to check the margins, we need to go to File > Page Setup.
- Once this is done, switch to the Margins & Header/Footer tab.
- Check what's set there under Margins.
The following are the default values for Margins:
Right: 12.7
Top: 12.7
Left: 12.7
Bottom: 12.7
Check these values accordingly and change them if necessary.
Firefox has problems printing some content that it can display correctly on screen. However, to know which issue is affecting that site, I would need to get hands on the page, which might not be possible without an account.
Could you let the site know about the issue and see if it is a known problem to them?
Thank you to you both. It does not seem to be a margin or page set up issue. I have been in touch with the site administrator. She can print from the site when she is logged in under Chrome. It isn't even like what I print is skewed. I just get totally blank pages.
