problem with reset master password

I tried all the possible ways as per the google and visited the mozilla site as well. But the problem is when I enter the "chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul" in console and evaluate I get the error as

Please help me how to sort it out. I also attached a screenshot.

It must be really hard to follow instructions. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Master_password#Resetting_the_master_password
