sync does not sync anything

i have re installed win 7 in my laptop but given different name this time and downloaded firefox. I then signed in to sync. All seemed ok and the message popped up that it would syn momentarily. It does not sync anything. but in syn option i can see firefox connected to my account.

Give it a few hours for the initial Sync to be completed.
