I want to show I have responded to an email

In Outlook, when you scroll through older messages in your inbox, it shows you on the message that you replied, how many times and to who or forwarded the email and when on the email itself.

How do I set this option up on Thuderbird?

For example, I responded to approve an email, then forwarded that but wanted to go back and double check that email, I would go to the inbox, find it and it would show when, I could then respond again (versus scrolling through every sent message).

Thunderbird has arrows for forward and reply. That is it.

There is an option to view an email in it's conversation which will open a new tab and show all mails Thunderbird is aware of that are linked to that mail, such as replies in the send folder.
