with every update, my default lang German is replaced by English.How can I change that after the dwnload?

even though I am trying to set download lng. to German, often the dwnlds are set to English. All my family uses thund.bird but do not like the comandlines etc in English.How can I change the language?

Uninstall Thunderbird via Control Panel > Programs & Features

Then download fresh correct version from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all.html

Select the correct language and OS for your system.
