message filters do not trigger

I run Thunderbird v24.6.0 and some message filters. The message filters aren't triggered when new e-mail arrives but it works if I run the filters manually.

I already compared with my colleague but all settings are the same. It runs perfectly in his Thunderbird.

Any suggestions?
