Recently when I upload files into my email it does remember the last folder I uploaded from? I have to reclick through multiple folders to get back to the one file folder where I was last. This is new. The only changes I have done is updated to the latest Mozilla browser and added the duck duck go plugin.

I should also say I am not tech savvy at all!

hello, i have a problem when using custom extension in android Firefox, i download xpi file and open with Firefox Nightly but it's said "no app found to handle this action", i tried everything but i still can't use the custom extension in android Firefox. can you help me?

We are managing Firefox settings using Intune and successfully imported the Mozilla/Firefox ADMX files. A few settings are working as expected on a test device, though we're encountering issues with the Extension Management policy.

We followed this documentation to set up the extension management json: https://firefox-admin-docs.mozilla.org/reference/policies/extensionsettings/. I can see the policy is loaded into Firefox, though I am unable to add uBlock Origin, which should be allowed. All extensions are blocked, and the custom error message does not appear either, but instead "Download failed. Please check your connection."

I've tried a few variations with mixed success, but I haven't been able to get "allowed" extensions to work. Force installed extensions seem to work just fine.

Here's a minimal policies.json that demonstrates the issue:

Is there something I'm missing? The test device is running Firefox 156.0.1 64-bit, firefox.admx 8.3, mozilla.admx 4.8. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I'd like to find addons for Dropbox. To work as much as possible with moving files to other cloud storeges, and also to save files on Dropbox. I'd really appreciate if anyone can recommend something that works... :-) I'm living in Stockholm-Sweden and it starts gettin to cold to be outdoors. Hope someone comes back to me with something good.

The option to Pin an extension to the toolbar in the browser is no longer available anywhere in firefox.

I can unpin them at will. But the only way to pin to the toolbar again is to remove the extension and select "pin to toolbar" when it's readded to firefox.. Trouble is that my other computers see I removed it sometimes and remove it there but when they readd the extension to firefox they are not pinned on that computer. and there is no way to get it pinned.

this happens with all extensions and once they are unpinned I'm only able to remove the extension from firefox and readd it to get a stupid option to repin it.

please fix this.

I am trying to install the ClassLink Browser Extension for Single Sign-On from the following URL: https://launchpad.classlink.com/browsersso/741309. This site has been saved under "Permissions and Data-> Allowed websites - Add-on installation" as well as the site that opens when you click the install button. Despite both sites being saved as an approved installer, I am still blocked from being able to install the extension as though the sites are not on the approved list. The extension cannot be found on the firefox extension store, so this is the only way to obtain it that I am aware of. Please help me to resolve this issue, and in the future, work to include an "allow this time" or similar option on the 'blocked installation' popup for sites not on the list, instead of only an "OK" option, so that users don't have to go back and forth through this approval process that doesn't seem to always approve it anyway.

Ihave installed and configured Google-4-TBSync addon to synchronise contacts between Google and Thunderbird and all works fine.

Just got an email from Google entitled "[Action Required] Mark AI agent OAuth clients as agentic for Google Workspace MCP by Nov 11, 2026"

Does anyone know if that is sometyhing I need to do for the addon to carry on working?

I see a long list of recommended Badges and/or Extensions. I tried clicking on one but nothing happened? When I find an extension that sounds good, what steps do I take to add that extension to Firefox?
