Why are you people so hard to contact to ask for help. I am just about ready to go back to iterenet Explorer as it is not a mine field just to be able to talk to a tech for 5 mins.

I am trying to work out what is wrong with my computer and you seem to be 1 of the problems after years of trusting you.

I WANT TO TALK TO SOME ONE THERE...SIMPLE!!!!!

  • Could you tell me which Firefox version you are using
  • What operating system are you using
  • When is Firefox crashing

If it doesn't help, give me more specific information and let's find out what is going on.

Hi,

I am using Windows 7. It doesn't crash exactly it just says in a box that it did but to me it is as if it won't open at all. I finally deleted it or uninstalled it. Now my problem is I have no browser. I thought I might be able to download it again. The idiot it guy that I used to use did not even put Windows Explorer on here. Any suggestions greatly .

Sami, thanks that information helps already. If you deleted and uninstalled Firefox, you could download it from another device (make sure you get the version for Windows 7) and then install it again on your computer. If you keep having the crashes, we can try to find out the reason.

I am pretty computer savvy but for some reason I just can't download Mozilla Firefox as my browser.....PLEASE can some one help me....please...

Every one tells me Google Chrome is the best (which I am currently using).

I just want Mozilla back as the tech that fixed my computer put Google Chrome on. I HATE him.

Every time I try to download Mozilla Firefox iit says "cannot create a temp file"

I am ready to quit trying altogether.....

I would have hoped that as you are using Windows there would be Windows Internet Explorer available for you to use as another alternative.

Are you able to navigate to the link for downloading the Firefox Installer, I presume you have managed that.

The next steps are

  1. download the Firefox Installer
  2. find the installer file on your computer
  3. run that installer.
