I am suddenly unable to play my instant movies on Netflix using Firefox 4 - able to play using explorer

Beginning last night, 6/15/11 I am unable to watch movies instantly using Firefox. Message appears: " Internet Connection Problem is preventing playback." Error Code= N8103-106bold text I am currently able to playback Netflix using Explorer. I would prefer to use Firefox as always.

Under properties, my version of Firefox was: Created: March 24, 2011 Modified: April 28, 2011 I have a Toshiba laptop Satellite A665 using Windows 7
