you can't add speed dials or extensions to firefox focus because its main purpose is to help you focus more on your stuff, its designed to look plain so you don't get distracted
Firefox extensions are only for desktop Firefox and Firefox for Android.
You should have this "Add to Shortcuts" menu item available: support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-focus-main-menu#w_firefox-focus-for-android
