Build-in VPN option disappeared on Firefox Android

Łukasz (praca)

I have used build-in VPN in my Firefox on Android but recently I can't see this setting to turn it on. Same on second device. Booth are Pixel phones, localization: Poland. What happened?

It should be there. Are you signed in to Firefox Account? Remote improvements allowed?

Yes, it is signed. I didn't change any settings as well.

During the beta rollout phase the availability might change. This week's What's New page had it featured, with a note it's going to be available progressively. So the delivery might be currently limited for some reason — you should see it back once it's available to you.

Early on in August the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mobile-android-vpn article for the experimental rollout of built-in VPN in Firefox for Android was made restricted and was only made public again recently. I believe they had paused on the rollout for a short while.
