Not sure you can search with Fx, you can use DuckDuckGo
The choice is under Settings > Search :)

Firefox is a web browser and not a search engine site. The google you are seeing in the Firefox web browser is as a search engine. A search engine is for example qwant.com, duckduckgo.com, google.com, bing.com etc.

Mozilla the makers of the Firefox web browsers does not have a search engine of their own.
