I can't always sign into my bank with Firefox but can with Safari. Sometime it works and other times it doesn't and I get an error message. If I switch to Safari, I never have a problem signing in. Can you tell me what's going on and how to fix it? Also, I can't do health video calls with Firefox. I can see the person but they can't hear me. I've tried everything I know to do the get it working to no avail. However, if I do a Zoom teleconference, I generally don't have any problems. The problems come when my doctor's facility sets up the video call. I don't know what system they use, but it's odd that it only works partially (video and no sound). I can do the video calls on my cell phone with no problems. It's only with my desktop, which I prefer to use because the screen is much easier to view. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
